Mission Statement

Welcome to Nightingale, we aim to deliver a life changing and enlightening counselling experience to both couples and individuals. Relate is a renowned organisation throughout the country and within Nightingale we are all experienced, Relate Qualified, Fully Accredited Couple Counsellors.

In addition to Relate Counselling, our services extend to the fields of personal development, life coaching, training and consultancy within the business environment.  These services allow us to meet client’s needs as individuals in both their personal and professional capacities.

We are governed by the code of ethics and practice of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. All our counsellors are fully qualified and accredited to Relate and members of BACP. Nightingale offers an initial assessment to determine the model and style of counselling, personal development, or life coaching that best suits each individual’s specific personal and/or professional challenges.

Our Managing Director, Ms Florence Gray, founded Nightingale in a belief that our services should be of the highest quality and delivered in a relaxed, supportive and safe environment.

All Nightingale counsellors are committed to achieving this aim and are involved in continuous professional and personal training and development. Our objective is to help people break free from existing negative cycles of behaviour and therefore shape their desires for the future. Nightingale’s philosophy is one of honesty, integrity and a healthy dose of humour!
