For others problems may arise from experiences rooted in the past. Through examining the personal impact those influences have in the present clients are enabled to become free of past constraints and can build a future that they not only choose, but that they desire.
Relationship Counselling
For many a particular crisis will bring couples to counselling. For others there is the realisation that they are unhappy in the relationship. The work undertaken will help to break old patterns and cycles of behaviour and encourage a deeper level of communication and self-awareness.
Personal Development
Personal Development workshops offer focused work on building Self-Esteem, Confidence Development, Overcoming Fear, The Power of Positive Thinking, Banish worry and Assertiveness in Action. Work on these topics can also be offered on a one- to-one basis. In addition to those mentioned above we offer various workshops for couples. Areas covered include Co-Dependency No More, Stop Arguing and Start Talking, Parenting Skills, Getting back together, Baby Shock, Communication and Compromise and What does a good relationship look like?
Life Coaching
Life Coaching asks you some powerful questions: Where you are now? Where are you going? How are you going to get there? Through effective goal setting, creating action plans and developing a positive belief system you can shape the way forward, drawing on your skills and knowledge, for you to grow and flourish.
Training
All our courses are offered on a bespoke basis, therefore, we will assess, design, and deliver the training specific to your needs or the needs of your employees. Our experience and expertise enables us to bring to you workshops on Training the Trainer, Business Development, Getting Organised, Negotiation Skills, Two Way Communication, Introduction to Counselling and Emotional Intelligence.
Consultancy
Our role here is to advise on best practice. We will look at your
attitudes, structures, strategies, procedures and training plans.
Our appraisal would be completely congruent, as we remain at all
times impartial. This aspect of our service is beneficial in
in-house training, setting up and developing a business, in
resolving workplace conflict and in the assessment, evaluation and
recruitment of staff.
