At Nightingales, we offer a Business Relationship Consultancy Service. A fresh pair of eyes sees far more from the outside looking in. We can be totally honest in our responses and remain at all times impartial as we are not emotionally attached to the organisation. We aim to improve the dynamics of working relationships within the organisation between members of the management team and staff. An organisation should run like a family where each member has a role and responsibility, respect, boundaries, and a feeling of being valued which in turn encourages motivation leading to increased productivity and profitability. A low turn over of staff allows for meaningful training to occur on a regular basis and ensures recruitment costs can be kept to a minimum.
Recruitment Assistance
In order to run a successful business, a robust recruitment policy is vital. We offer assistance in recruiting staff through profiling, psychometric testing, interviewing, and structuring a solid professional interview which grades interviewees using a set criteria and performance indicators. In addition to interviewing, we offer transitional and exit interviewing.
Executive Coaching
When leading an organisation or managing people, there generally is little opportunity to receive effective feedback in which to evaluate your own effectiveness, or focus attention on your stress level. When stress is around, you may have no space to look at where you are now or where you are going and fail to set inspiring goals and follow an overreaching plan of action. The benefits of engaging with a coach are to assist in alleviating stress and get your working life back into perspective as well as devising a strategy to enable you to increase your own effectiveness. We will also look at the effectiveness of your management team and your ability to organise, delegate and measure accountability.
Employee Counselling Service
Many companies will be already connected to a counselling organisation to which they can refer an employee who is experiencing personal difficulties. If the employee has identified their particular issues and are relationship focussed, then there are no guarantees that the counsellor they see will have any expertise in relationship issues, business related issues or family related issues. This can be counter- productive to their progress. At Nightingale, we will assess the employee’s personal issues and ensure he/she is placed with the appropriate counsellor. If the client’s particular set of difficulties lie out with our areas of expertise, we will refer to an organisation we know and trust for their integrity and professionalism.
